Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was under construction and messy.

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. My room was well laid out and large with a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines and a fridge. This venue had a central position close to everything you 'll need. Spent here 5 good days and would stay here again.

It was very clean, we had a good relaxing time. Pool closed for repair could not be helped. All around great!!

I had a lovely time here with its excellent proximity to shopping, including Dayton Mall which is about 500 meters away, and the beautiful Cox Arboretum MetroPark, around 2.5 km away, perfect for weekend strolls as a solo traveler, making my stay both enjoyable and relaxing.

only problem I had was my room was far away from the only elevator and I had to carry my bags up. Considering I got in at 10PM there isn't much that can be expected better than that though.

Bathtub's cleanliness, gross and uninviting. The rest of the room was acceptable, but the lack of attention to even basic maintenance like the hole in the bathroom ceiling was concerning.

Everything! Staff was so courteous! From the moment we arrived we were treated very well! They had heard about my bad experience and greeted me with compassion and a warm cookie! I immediately started to feel better! The room was clean and well appointed! The bed and pillows were very comfortable!

I was shocked that i could get such a nice and comfortable suit for such low price. The indor/outdoor swimming pool was great. The staff very kind and helpful. I asked for later check out and I got two extra hours with no problem. The restaurant food was tasty. I just didn't like the area but this has nothing to do with the hotel. For some reasons I had to stay there not in downtown dayton . Its just that having a car there was pretty much necessary. Shopping mall was across the street though. So if that's what you like the area is perfect for you.

I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The room cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the comfortable beds provided for a good night's sleep.

The shower pressure left much to be desired, disappointing.

Had a blast with friends ! We enjoyed Happy Hour features at two nearby places, really perfect for a fun night out. The amenities were decent, though I did notice some reviews mentioning limited breakfast options, so don't expect a huge selection. It was a solid group getaway.

The check-in was a bit chaotic when we got there, as the front desk seemed overwhelmed and there was a wait. Not a huge deal, but it did start our trip off on a slower note.

Staff did nothing to stop all the racket! No breakfast. Tried to charge my MasterCard 50.00 ???

The staff went above and beyond! One of the people in our party had rediculous expectations and the manager tried to accommodate her in every way. I personally found the room to be beautiful and the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The housekeeping staff was always friendly and helpful! When we needed extra towels, they had them to us within 5 minutes of our request. There was always fresh coffee in the convenient lobby. Everyone was simply wonderful!

I would have liked a better description on Booked.net of available rooms. There were no listings of smoking rooms on the site, but Double Tree, Miamisberg has them and they were available.
